Facades with ventilated air space

Are applied for energy efficiency rise of old and new buildings.

Principle of method consists in making boarding made of wooden bars 50x80 (50x50) mm or a frame out of steal galvanized or aluminum profile at a pitch of 600 mm. Plates having thickness 8, 10, 12 mm are used for facing. Heat insulation materials can be laid between a wall and CBPB. In this case a gap between mineral heat insulation and CBPB must be not less than 40 mm. Compensated joint between cement-bonded particle boards makes up 6-8 mm. Joints must be sealed with sealing pads or elastic mastic resin. The joints can stay open or be closed with filler strips out of CBPB, wood, metal, plastic.
Ventilated façade on a wooden frame is allowed for buildings with not more than 3 floors.
