Webinar on the Unified State Automated Information System at TAMAK

The webinar was devoted to the details of the software operation of the Unified State Automated Information System in tracking bargains with wood. Despite the fact that TAMAK entered the Unified State Automated Information System at the beginning of 2016, the information on software upgrade was useful for the specialists.

Since 1 July 2017, after the implementation of the Government order RF 911-p dated by 12.05.2017, some changes have been introduced into the Unified State Automated Information System (wood). This bill was offered by the Ministry of Natural Resources and the Environment of the Russian Federation and signed by D.A. Medvedev. The document deals with the enlargement of wood nomenclature resulting in the fact that all bargains with unprocessed wood must be registered in the Unified State Automated Information System.

The reason for the introduction of the next changes to the Unified State Automated Information System (wood) taking place in 2017 lies in unauthorized cutting and selling wood. According to the statistics of 2014, the volume of such wood is 1,3 million m3. Progressive countrywide implementation of this law will help to create such economic conditions which will make it impossible to sell wood illegally cut, and, thus, will enlarge the budget income as a result of the legalization of the grey and black timber market, will bring order into the data on buyers and sellers.

Which changes to the wooden house building market will be brought by the introduction of the mentioned above law alterations?

The main drawback of the Unified State Automated Information System introduction is possible monopolization of the wood processing industry resulting from small companies leaving the market.

Monopolization and wood market legalization can bring on an increase in wood price which as a result will end up in growth of wooden house kits prices.

This situation will have no impact on TAMAKs 100% legal business and price policy as the company has always worked with responsible wood suppliers and introduced the Unified State Automated Information System in 2016.

All the deals with wood must be registered not later than 1day before transporting the wood. Now every customer can find out the place of origin of the wood for his or her house and make sure that it is safe.
