GERMAN TECHNOLOGY HAVING BEEN USED IN RUSSIA AND IN THE CIS FOR 30 YEARS
In 1984-1988 TAMAK’s construction department together with the leading domestic research institutes such as the Kucherenko Central Reseach Institute of Building Structures, the Research and Project Institute Nauchstandart, the Central Research Experimental Project Institute Selstroy worked out the 231st series of houses specially designed for Russian conditions.
The service life cycle of the houses is not less than 75 years.
GEOGRAPHY OF CONSTRUCTION
More than 1 000 000 m2 of housing have been built in regions with different climatic and seismic conditions: from Krasnodar Krai to Murmansk, from Kaliningrad to Hanti-Mansiysk as well as in Switzerland, Germany, France, Iran, Turkey, and the CIS.
TAMAK’s house structures are designed for service under different climate conditions with the temperature range from -50° С up to + 50° С and the value of seismic intensity from 6 to 9.

CEMENT-BONDED PARTICLE BOARD
Cement-bonded particle board TAMAK is a durable, ecologically safe, moisture, frost, and fire resistant material having been used in construction, reconstruction and repair work for 30 years.
The framework is made of fir coming from the Urals or Siberia. Timber undergoes strict control when it comes to the manufacturing area, automatic grading, sorting, and drying under technical conditions.
Dry timber is not subjected to rot in the manufactured structures.
The fire-resistant basalt mineral wool insulator Isoroc used in wall panels has the necessary density (60kg/m3) and stiffness to prevent its sinking.
For northern regions the total thickness of the external wall insulation is not less than 200mm.
SAFETY OF TAMAK’S HOUSES

the load is 9302kg or 900kg/m2 –
that is 2-5 times higher than the standard loading.

The structure of the forced load-bearing panel and methods of its joint with the basement developed together with the Kucherenko Central Reseach Institute of Building Structures were successfully used by the company TAMAK while constructing houses and multipurpose buildings in Sakhalin, Kazakhstan, Krasnodar Krai, South Ossetia and other regions of high seismic hazard.
All the house structure elements are made of natural materials – timber and cement, and the insulator is made of gabbro-basalt geological materials. Our structures have been regularly tested and certified by authoritative research institutes in the last 30 years.
Cement-bonded particle board TAMAK is an ecologically sound material. The main binder is cement and therefore cement-bonded particle boards do not contain dangerous phenol and formaldehyde bonding substances, asbestos and other poisonous stuff. Panel timber frame structures are referred to fire resistance class IV (building structure fire hazard class C2 (hereinafter - national standards)). If special measures are taken the fire resistance of the structures can be raised to class III (REI60, building structure fire hazard class C0) that makes it possible to construct houses and buildings up to 3 levels and provide that the minimum space between the houses is 6m.
Cement-bonded particle board is referred to the group of substances which are difficult to ignite and do not spread fire. Mineral wool plate goes to the group of noncombustible materials and prevents fire from spreading. Being exposed to fire the house structures do not emit toxic gases and vapour.
ENERGY EFFICIENCY AND HEAT INSULATION
Energy efficiency characteristics of a house TAMAK allow cutting expenses on heating and conditioning.
Heating a typical panel timber frame house TAMAK takes 2.5 times less gas than heating a masonry one of the same size.
