Since 2015, JSC TAMAK has started implementation of BASF's adhesive systems. Successful cooperation is still ongoing.
BASF's Adhesive systems has successfully passed the tests of the Central Research Institute of Building Structures Kucherenko

Comprehensive tests to assess the strength and durability of adhesive joints of wooden constructions using the two-component adhesive liquid system Kauramin included the following types of work:

1. Determination of periodic resistance to variable temperature and humidity effects;

2. Determination of the water resistance of adhesive joints;
3. Determination of the long-term strength of adhesive joints:

- Spallation when stretched;

- Tearing when stretched;

- static bending of beams of industrial quality ;

- static bending of beams of visual quality.

According to the results of comprehensive tests, the following conclusions were made:
- water resistance of adhesive joints corresponds to a high resistance group according to the requirements of GOST 17005-82 and 1st edition of GOST 33121;

- resistance of adhesive joints to cyclic temperature and humidity effects corresponds to an increased resistance group according to GOST 17580-82 and the 1st edition of GOST 33121

- the main conclusion is that this adhesive system can be used for the manufacture of load-bearing wooden constructions according to GOST 20850 without restrictions on: functional classes, spacing and operating conditions.

TAMAK manufactured with pleasure and provided samples for testing that meet the requirements of GOST 20850, as well as TR of the plant.
